Become the best version of yourself

It's not just about your physical appearance when it comes to becoming your best self, it's also about your mental wellness. Things changed for you when you changed your mind. It is critical to consider how you think for yourself in your thoughts. 


If you want to grow as a person, you must go down that road where unpleasant things await you. You will experience many challenges while travelling these routes, and you will desire to stay in your comfort zone, but let me remind you that the good thing is that growth requires certain uncomfortable feelings. If you want to achieve something in your life, you must travel through challenging terrain. 


Every day is a battle to become a better version of yourself. The path to self-improvement is difficult, but it is worthwhile. The most important thing in your self-journey is positivity.


Here are a few suggestions from my list.

Eat healthy You will get a lot more energy. trust ,me. And your body will thank you

Get off social media. Delete toxic apps and unfollow people who will make u insecure or have any kind of ad influence on your personal growth! 

Take this from me. Never ever start smoking/vaping. and if you already do it. quit it! It's not apart of being young, it's apart of being stupid.

F people who talk shit behind your back, they're behind you for a reason. Keep that mindset!

No more "I'll do it tomorrow" do it NOW. If you have an idea, a motivation to clean ur room, do it NOW!

Don't chase that boy. You don't need a man, you are ALL a man needs. Focus on yourself!

Find your signature scent and stick with it. The way you smell can make you level up, old perfumes might bring back old stupid memories.

Wear that outfit you want to. It's time to show what sense of style you have in you.

No more second chances. Never ever make people show you that they doesn't respect you. Cut them off you are better without.

And remember bad days is OKAY. We all leave them. Be in contact with your feelings. allow yourself to feel.
