1. bring a water bottle! drinking water throughout the day is good for you!

🍶Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Carry a water bottle with you and refill it throughout the day. Choose water over sugary drinks.
Add a wedge of lime or lemon to your water. This can help improve the taste and help you drink more water than you usually do. Water may also help with weight loss, if it is consumed instead of sweetened juices and sodas.
Keeping yourself hydrated will give a natural glow to your face. It helps in killing off all your tiredness and keeps you fresh all day as long as you are drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.

2. bring your own lunch, add some sliced fruits or vegetables to your meal!

🍚Every year there is new evidence that comes out about the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables so naming all the reasons could take all day! I have listed a few of the most important ones below:
Fruits and vegetables contain fiber which is important to keep you full, keeps digestion normal, and has been linked to decreasing the risk and effects of several diseases. Fruits and vegetables contain many of the essential vitamins and minerals that your body cannot produce on its own; this is what makes you feel healthy and energized. Because they’re low in saturated fat, salt and sugar, fruits and vegetables are part of a well-balanced diet that can help you lose weight or prevent weight gain.
Enjoying fruits and vegetables is a great way to improve your health and actually enjoy what you eat.

3. freshen up before going to school ! - meaning shower , wash your face, & do your hair

🚿Having a morning shower daily with your favorite shower gel/soap before school/college will give you that initial boost of freshness to your day. It shouldn’t matter if it’s summers or winters, having a shower instantly enhances your mood and freshen you up for the rest of your day.

4. be active and actually go to sleep early, and try in pe, it's basically workout + join some after school clubs

😴Good sleep is incredibly important. It helps you feel good and makes your body and brain function properly.
go to sleep early, and awake up early too! you'll get enough sleep and be motivated throughout the day! brain, including learning, memory, mood, emotions, and various biological functions
Light can influence your body’s internal clock, which regulates sleep and wakefulness. During the day, exposing your body to bright light tells it to stay alert. Both natural daylight and artificial light, such as the kind emitted from an e-reader, have this effect on your alertness

5. find your talent. Join sports, things you like; people that never want to do anything are boring!

6. be organised! have a schedule, to-do freshen up before going check your bag the night before, and set reminders so you don't forget anything! forget anything!

7. work hard , revise and pay attention in class, have a good relationships with your teacher too and ask them about tips on how to improve - you'll get good grades!

👩‍🏫Taking an active role in class will help you learn the information, and it will keep your mind busy so it does not have time to be distracted. You may also need to train yourself to not be distracted. Like with most things in school, it takes work and determination, but once you build the skill you'll be happy that you put in the effort. You have to try to keep your brain from wandering out of the classroom. No daydreaming! Keep your mind here, in the present and save thoughts about other stuff for later.
Everyone learns in different ways. The way your teacher teaches may not be the best way for you or there may be ways to make class even better for you. Set aside some time to talk to your teacher about ways they think might help you get more out of your class.
Try making customized lessons or assignments that are more interesting for you to learn. You can also ask your teacher for extra credit or side projects which help you learn the same lessons but in a way that works better for you.
make good grades and study hard. no one wants to be seen with a slacker. you want to be seen as someone exiting

8. go to the school library often!

📚Libraries are a silence zone. A school library plays a key role in developing literacy and the pleasure of reading. It is the perfect place for thinking and learning.
A school library is an integral component of the school system. It is the nerve center of academic learning and a wonderful place to spend leisure time as well. Next time you visit a library, experience how beautifully it throttles all distractions!

9. be nice to everyone and everyone will like you! being an that girl is not just about being popular and pretty, it's also about respecting yourself and others around you

😇One of the greatest gifts we can give another is kindness. If someone is in need, lend a helping hand. Don't do it only for the people you like and respect--that's easy--but also for the ones who drive you crazy and those you don't even know. True kindness lies in the act of giving without the expectation of getting something in return. So, Treat everyone with kindness--not because they are kindhearted, but because you are.
Never look down on someone unless you are helping them up. We like to think of life as a meritocracy, so it's easy to look down on someone who isn't as successful or accomplished or well educated as you are. But you have no idea how far that person has already climbed or where they will end up.
Appreciate those who have supported you, forgive those who have hurt you, help those who need you.

10. be interested, not interesting you can be the most interesting person in the world and have nobody like you

🥰Most of the time we focus on being interesting, it's about us. We want people to see us as great and yet one of the best ways, we can do that to win people, to make it about them because when we do, we grow in their eyes.

11. be friendly with everyone but it doesn't mean you should tell them all your secrets

12. know what's going on at school. maybe it's getting to know the teachers, or being in the paper staff

13. stay out of drama, it's really important!

😶‍🌫️Everybody gets involved in drama. It's unavoidable. Or so we think. There are ways to decrease the amount of drama you are involved in but drama is never fully avoidable. There will always be people who thrive on the attention drama brings, and they feel the need to bring people into it. Most of the time they will start the drama with you, but there is no reason that you should feed into them. Do not give them something to say. The less you say the less drama will find you.
If your friends are all fighting and starting to talk bad about one another that's a start to some bad friend break ups. You would not want to lose any friends so there's no reasons to pick sides. Tell them over and over again that you are not choosing sides and they will understand. But that's no reason not to support them if they are upset about the fight.

14. have a good posture + net confident & ditch toxic friends!

🧍‍♀️Students generally get into a habit of sitting in bad posture in classrooms. Due to this, they usually get a slouchy back or round shoulders which is a big NO for being fresh and active. A person with good posture is often linked with being active and confident. So, if you have an incorrect posture, don’t ignore it

15. say bye to toxic people
